About Partner Bazaar

A trusted way to sell software through partners

Software vendors in India want more of their sales to come through the consultants, agencies and creators their customers already trust. Those partners want products worth recommending — and to be paid correctly and on time. We are building the marketplace that makes both sides work.

Why we exist

Affiliate links were never built for business software

Selling software through partners breaks down on the hard parts — the parts a link-tracking dashboard leaves to spreadsheets and trust.

  • Attribution

Links, coupons and deals a partner registered weeks ago all compete for the same sale.

  • Recurring revenue

Subscriptions renew, upgrade and downgrade — commission has to follow the rules for each event.

  • Refunds and chargebacks

Money already credited has to be clawed back without rewriting history.

  • Trust on both sides

Vendors worry about fraud; partners worry about under-reported sales and late payouts.

Our mission

Make partner-led software sales as reliable as the accounting behind them.

That means commissions only for sales the vendor’s own systems confirm, rules that are written down and versioned, and a ledger that anyone involved can read — so partners, vendors and the platform are always looking at the same numbers.

The marketplace model

Three sides, one set of facts

Vendors publish programs, partners sell, customers buy from the vendor. The platform verifies, attributes, calculates and pays out.

Software companies that want to grow through partners

  • List products and plans, and publish partner programs with versioned commission rules.
  • Report sales from your own backend through a signed API — commissions exist only for payments you confirm.
  • Approve partners, review registered deals and leads, and see exactly what you owe and why.
  1. 01

    Verify

The vendor’s backend confirms the payment through the integration API.

  2. 02

    Attribute

Precedence rules pick the partner: deal, coupon, referral or link.

  3. 03

    Calculate

The program’s rule version sets the commission, held for the refund window.

  4. 04

    Pay out

Available earnings are withdrawn to a verified bank account or UPI ID.

Who does what

Clear responsibilities on every side

Partner programs go wrong when nobody is sure who decides what. Here is how it is split on this marketplace.

How we build

Principles we don’t trade away

Money you can explain

Amounts are stored in paise, never floating point. Every commission shows the sale, the base, the rule version, the rate and every reversal — a receipt, not a number.

Attribution with rules

A fixed precedence decides who earns: manual assignment, then a registered deal, coupon, referral and link. Every candidate and every rejection is stored so a decision can be checked later.

An append-only ledger

Nothing financial is edited or deleted. Corrections are posted as reversals or adjustments with a reason, and sensitive finance actions need a second person to approve.

Privacy by default

Customer identity is used for attribution only. Personal data that is needed just for matching is stored as keyed hashes, with consent, export and erasure workflows built in.

India first

Built for how software is sold and paid for in India

Rupees, exactly

Every amount is kept in whole paise. Sales in other currencies are converted to INR at a recorded rate.

GST-aware commissions

Programs state whether commission is calculated before or after GST, and the receipt shows it.

Tax handled properly

Tax deductions are applied only through a configured tax engine with rates approved by a chartered accountant — never guessed.

DPDP-ready privacy

Consent records and data export, correction and erasure requests are part of the product, not an afterthought.

What we are not

Deliberately narrow

  • Not a reseller. Customers pay the vendor directly. We never collect or hold customer money.
  • Not a multi-level scheme. Partners earn on the sales they make. The only exception is an optional, single-level recruitment override where it is enabled.
  • Not a directory of everything. We are starting with a curated group of vendors and partners, and grow the catalogue only with products that run real partner programs.
