Partner Bazaar

For software vendors

Build your software partner network

Recruit the consultants, agencies and creators your customers already trust — and pay them on sales your own backend confirms, under rules you publish.
  • Customers pay you directly
  • Commissions only on confirmed payments
  • Partner payouts handled

What you get

A partner program that runs like your finance team would want

  • Recruit partners

    Your programs are listed in the marketplace where partners search by category and commission terms. Approve applicants automatically or review each one, invite partners the marketplace suggests for your program, and share your own branded partner page.
  • Programs with versioned rules

    Percentage or fixed commissions; first payment, N months or lifetime; rules by partner, partner type, tier, plan or product; caps per commission, month and customer. Every change is a new version.
  • Referral tracking

    Partner links log each click and hand your landing page a click id. Send it back with the payment and attribution is checked server-side against the click log and cookie window.
  • Deal registration

    Partners register opportunities; you approve them. Duplicate registrations are detected across company name, domain, GSTIN and contact, without revealing one partner to another.
  • Automated commissions

    Payments, renewals, upgrades, refunds and chargebacks drive commissions automatically — refunds reverse proportionally, chargebacks hold — on an append-only ledger.
  • Partner payouts

    Partners complete KYC and withdraw to verified bank accounts or UPI IDs; the platform reviews and sends every payout. You approve the commissions, not individual transfers.
  • Analytics

    Funnel by program, partner performance, revenue and commission over time, and which partners bring qualified leads — not just clicks.
  • Integration API & CRM

    A signed, idempotent server-to-server API with retries and a dead-letter queue. Optional CRM sync for leads and deals (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce or a generic webhook).

Getting started

Live in four steps

  1. 01

    Apply and get verified

    Create a vendor account, confirm your email, add your business profile and upload documents. The marketplace team reviews your business.
  2. 02

    List your products

    Add products and plans with logos and screenshots. Approved products appear in the public catalogue and to partners.
  3. 03

    Publish a program

    Set commission rules, cookie window, deal protection, hold period, approval mode and traffic policy, then activate it.
  4. 04

    Connect your backend

    Create an API key and send payments, renewals, refunds and chargebacks from your server.

Commission rules

Express the deal you actually want to offer

Combine these building blocks in a program. Rules are versioned — editing one creates a new version, and every commission records the version it used — and you can’t backdate a change onto sales already made.

  • Percentage

    e.g. 20% of the payment

    A rate on the commission base. By default the base excludes GST and discounts; a rule can use gross, net of discount, tax-exclusive or net revenue instead.

  • Fixed amount

    e.g. a flat amount per sale

    The same amount for every qualifying sale, whatever the invoice value — useful for one-time purchases or a first subscription payment.

  • Recurring

    first payment · N months · lifetime

    Pay on the first payment only, on renewals for a set number of months, or for the life of the subscription. Renewals follow the customer’s locked attribution.

  • Tiers

    e.g. a higher rate after N sales

    Define tiers by qualifying sales. Partners are promoted automatically (never demoted automatically), and a tier’s rule takes priority over the program default.

  • Caps

    per commission · per month · per customer

    Cap a single commission, a partner’s total per calendar month in the program, or what one customer can ever earn a partner. The receipt shows when a cap applied.

  • Expansion

    none · as renewals · custom

    Decide what upgrades earn: nothing (the default), the same as renewals, or a custom rate and duration. Upgrades never change who the customer is attributed to.

  • Two-tier override

    single level, time-limited

    Optionally pay a recruiter a vendor-funded override on the commissions of partners they brought in, for a limited window. One level only — never multi-level.

  • Scopes & priority

    partner → tier → type → plan → product → program

    Rules can target one partner, a campaign, a tier, a partner type, a plan or a product. The most specific active rule wins, and every version is kept.

Integration API

Report sales from your own backend

A small, signed server-to-server API. Commissions exist only for payments you report through it.

Signing

HMAC-signed, replay-protected, idempotent

  • Replay protection. A signature older or newer than five minutes is rejected.
  • Idempotent by design. Each event has an id, and each payment, refund and chargeback its own reference — a resend never counts twice.
  • Out-of-order safe. A refund that arrives before its payment is queued and retried with back-off; after repeated failures it is dead-lettered and you can re-drive it.
  • Paise, not floats. All amounts are integers in paise; the commission base (tax-exclusive by default) is set by your rule.
POST /integrations/v1/conversionsCode sample
// Report a verified payment (Node.js)
const raw = JSON.stringify(event); // amounts in paise
const t = Math.floor(Date.now() / 1000);
const v1 = crypto
  .createHmac('sha256', signingSecret)
  .update(`${t}.${raw}`)
  .digest('hex');

await fetch(`${API}/integrations/v1/conversions`, {
  method: 'POST',
  headers: {
    Authorization: `Bearer ${apiKey}`,
    'X-SPM-Signature': `t=${t},v1=${v1}`,
    'Content-Type': 'application/json',
  },
  body: raw,
});
Every request carries your API key and an HMAC-SHA256 signature of the timestamp and raw body. API keys are created in Vendor → Integrations after re-entering your password.

What you can report

Integration API endpoints
ItemWhat it tells the platform
POST /conversionsA verified payment: one-time, first subscription payment, renewal or upgrade, with the click id, coupon or referral code you have.
POST /refundsA full or partial refund. Commission is reversed in proportion; total refunds can never exceed the payment.
POST /chargebacksOpen holds the commission, lost reverses it, won releases it.
POST /subscriptions/eventsCancelled, reactivated or past due. Reactivation follows your program’s reactivation policy.
POST /customersCustomer details for matching and deal-conflict checks. Emails, phones and GSTINs are stored only as keyed hashes.
POST /leadsA lead that came from your CRM for a partner.
POST /crm/eventsCRM stage changes that move a partner’s lead through its statuses, using your stage mapping.

Recruiting partners

Four ways partners find your program

  • Listed in the marketplace

    Active programs appear in the public catalogue and the partner marketplace, where partners filter by category, commission type, recurring terms and partner type.
  • Suggested partners

    For each program, see active partners who fit — by partner type, category experience, recent activity and KYC — with the reasons shown, and invite them in one click.
  • Your own partner page

    Publish a white-label page with your logo, brand colour, headline and programs. Partners who sign up through it land directly on your programs.
  • Partners recruiting partners

    Turn on a two-tier override for a program and partners are rewarded for bringing in other partners — one level, for a window you choose.

CRM sync

Keep partner leads and deals in your CRM

HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce — or any HTTPS endpoint

Connect one CRM per vendor account. New and updated partner leads, submitted deals and approved deals are sent to it from an outbox, so nothing is lost if your CRM is briefly down.

  • Failed deliveries retry after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 12 hours, then wait for you to retry from the portal.
  • Map your CRM stages to lead statuses; stage changes flow back and update the partner’s lead.
  • Changes that came from your CRM are never echoed back to it.
Outbound webhook (generic endpoint)Code sample
POST https://your-crm-endpoint.example/webhooks
x-spm-signature: t=…,v1=…

{
  "event": "LEAD_CREATED",
  "id": "…",
  "occurred_at": "…",
  "data": { … }
}

← 2xx within 10 s, optionally { "external_id": "…" }
Signed with the connection’s secret using the same scheme as the integration API.

Analytics that separate revenue from noise

A funnel per program from clicks to leads, qualified leads, approved deals and sales; revenue, commission and refund rate over time; and your top partners by revenue with commission per click.

Enablement partners actually complete

Share your ideal customer profile, demo scripts, objection handling, comparison sheets, templates, case studies and training. Mark material as required and see who has completed each version.

You stay in control

Your billing system is the source of truth

The marketplace never touches your customers’ money. Customers buy from you on your own invoice; your server tells us what was paid, refunded or charged back, and commissions follow from that — nothing else.

  • Approve or reject partners, deal registrations and commissions — with reasons that are recorded.
  • Pause a program at any time; existing customers’ attribution and earned commissions are unaffected.
  • Existing customers are not commissionable unless your program allows it.
  • Self-referrals, shared payout accounts and suspicious click patterns are flagged for review.
  • Every change you and your team make is written to an audit log.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • Your registered business details and verification documents for the business review.
  • Your products and plans, with a logo and screenshots if you have them.
  • The commission rules you want to offer, and the cookie, deal-protection and hold periods.
  • A developer who can send signed events from your billing system (the API is small: payments, refunds, chargebacks, subscription changes).

Pricing

Transparent terms

You pay partners the commissions your own rules define, on sales you confirm. See the pricing page for the platform’s current terms — no plans or fees are shown there unless they are actually in force.

FAQ

Vendor questions

How do I list my software?

Create a vendor account, confirm your email, complete your business profile and upload verification documents. The marketplace team reviews the business; once approved you can publish products and activate partner programs.

What does “verified vendor” mean here?

Every vendor on the public marketplace has passed a manual business review (business profile and documents) by the marketplace team before its products and programs could go live. A separate “Verified domain” badge appears only when the vendor has also proved control of its web domain with a DNS TXT record.

How do vendors report sales?

From their own backend, through a signed integration API: payments, renewals, refunds and chargebacks are sent server-to-server with an API key and an HMAC signature, and every event is idempotent. Commissions are created only from payments reported this way.

What stays under the vendor’s control?

Everything about the program: who is approved, the commission rules and caps, cookie window, deal protection period, hold period, traffic policy, coupons issued, and which deal registrations to approve. Vendors approve commissions before they can be paid.

Can a vendor change the commission after I join?

Rules are versioned: a change creates a new version, and each commission records the version it used. Some programs also lock the terms that applied at a customer’s first sale for the life of that customer.

What is deal registration?

For larger B2B opportunities, register the customer with the vendor before the sale. Once the vendor approves it, the deal outranks a later click or coupon for the program’s deal protection period. Duplicate registrations are detected without revealing another partner’s details.

What happens if the customer gets a refund?

The commission is reversed in proportion to the amount refunded. An open chargeback puts the commission on hold; a lost chargeback reverses it and a won one releases it. Reversals are new ledger entries — history is never edited or deleted.

Are there rules about how I promote?

Yes. Each program publishes a traffic policy saying whether paid search, bidding on the vendor’s trademarks, email campaigns, coupon and deal sites, social media and incentivised traffic are allowed. Traffic that breaks it can lead to rejected commissions, a fraud review or removal from the program. Self-referrals are detected automatically.

Does the marketplace handle customer payments?

No. Customers buy from the vendor and pay the vendor directly, on the vendor’s own invoice. The marketplace only receives the vendor’s confirmation of the payment to calculate commissions.

Is tax deducted from payouts?

Only where tax must be deducted at source and the platform’s tax rules — approved by a chartered accountant — are switched on. Any deduction is shown on the payout; the marketplace never guesses a tax rate.
