What to expect
What happens after you send a message
- 01
It reaches the team
Your message is stored and the marketplace team is notified straight away. You see a confirmation on this page. - 02
Someone picks it up
Messages are worked through by topic and marked in progress, so two people don’t answer the same question. - 03
We reply by email
Replies go to the email address you give — there is no need to create an account first. - 04
Details are removed later
Once a conversation is closed, your name, email, phone and message are deleted after the retention period; only the topic and subject remain.
Faster for account questions: a portal ticket
Tickets opened from the partner or vendor portal are linked to your account and carry a first-response target the support team tracks. Questions about a specific program go to the vendor that runs it; commissions, payouts, KYC and technical issues go to the marketplace team.
Keep secrets out of messages
Please don’t include passwords, one-time codes, API keys or full bank account numbers. Payout accounts and API keys are managed only inside your portal, behind a fresh sign-in.
Topic guide
What to include, by topic
A few details up front mean one reply instead of three. Choose a topic to start a message with it selected.
Becoming a partner
How you sell (content, referrals, sales or agency work), the kind of clients you serve and the software categories you know.
Listing my software
Your product and website, who buys it, and whether you already run a partner or referral program.
A partner program for my company
Your pricing model (one-time or subscription), the partner types you want to reach and how your billing system records payments.
Help with my account
The email you signed up with and what went wrong. For a specific commission or payout, a ticket from your portal is faster — it is linked to your account.
Press & media
Your publication, your deadline and what you would like to know.
Anything else
A short description is enough; we’ll route it to the right person.
