Quick answers
How do I join a vendor’s program?
Open the program in the marketplace, read its commission terms and traffic policy, and apply. Some programs approve partners automatically; others are reviewed by the vendor. Once approved you get your tracking link, and the vendor can issue you coupon codes.
How do tracking links work?
Your link records the click and forwards the visitor to the vendor’s site with a click id in the URL. The vendor sends that id back with the verified payment, and the platform checks it against its own click log and the program’s cookie window. Cookies are only a fallback.
What is deal registration?
For larger B2B opportunities, register the customer with the vendor before the sale. Once the vendor approves it, the deal outranks a later click or coupon for the program’s deal protection period. Duplicate registrations are detected without revealing another partner’s details.
What happens if the customer gets a refund?
The commission is reversed in proportion to the amount refunded. An open chargeback puts the commission on hold; a lost chargeback reverses it and a won one releases it. Reversals are new ledger entries — history is never edited or deleted.
When and how do partners get paid?
When a commission becomes available you can request a withdrawal to your verified bank account or UPI ID. Withdrawals need completed KYC, a verified payout account that is past its cooling period, and an amount at or above the minimum withdrawal shown in your wallet. The marketplace reviews each withdrawal before it is sent.
Why can’t I withdraw right after changing my bank account?
For your protection, changing a payout account requires re-authentication, the new account is verified with the payout provider, and it can be used only after a short cooling period. You are notified of every change.
